The oil change, tire rotation, etc. was fine. The problem I have is the service writer trying to sell me new engine and cabin air filters, by showing me a pair of dirty filters and telling me they were from my car. The fact is I new they were not from my car because I had changed the engine filter myself a few months earlier and written the date with marker on the frame of the filter. This was the second time this happened at this dealership. The first time I blew it off, thinking it was some kind of mix up. I'm sorry to say that I am considering, after buying two new cars from this dealership in 2023, taking my business elsewhere.

I've been dealing with Serpentini in Orrville for at least 20 years now. Tyson Berkey has been my salesman for most of these years, great guy to deal with and I trust him that he's given me the best deal he can. No matter what problems came up he has always made them right. This is not a dealership problem, but I was disappointed after getting the SUV home I could not find the "Owners" manual. In all the cars and trucks I've bought in the past I've always had an "Owners " manual in the vehicle. How is anyone suppose to become familiar with a new vehicle without one. With the prices paid these days it should be included with the purchase.

I have no complaints about the sales and repair representatives. I purchased my car brand new with less than 15 miles on it but I have experienced multiple repairs that had to be done within the first few months and still ongoing since I've purchased it. I do like the vehicle with all the new technologies and look but I shouldn't be experiencing so many problems with a new car. All the repairs were do to factory made defaults including my sunroof motor going out, my purge pump went out, my USB port stopped working and had to be replaced. Recently my RCDLR was replaced due to water damage from a factory default allowing water to get in. Unfortunately that did not fix my current problem because my locking mechanism are still continuously locking causing it to be very difficult to get in and out of my car. While my car was having a factory fault gap sealed and repaired, the corner of windshield was cracked in the process. My tires were supposed to be rotated on my last 2 oil changes as specified in the services performed but they were not rotated. Due to past experiences, I mark my tires to make sure they are rotated for proper wear. So I'm not so satisfied with routine services performed on my vehile by maintenence. Having to bring my car to the dealership for repairs so often is interfering with my job. I hope in the future my current problem is resolved and I don't concur any more issues.

Bought a brand new 2026 Chevy Trax, less than one week later codes are coming up to the fuel system, and I already have to have it in service, I’m not feeling real good about this, I’m poor. I’m disabled. I work part time. that’s all I can do but I saved for two years for this vehicle. Give everything I have to it and it’s brand new at 14 miles on it and not even a tank of gas and it’s already had to be serviced. I’m very disheartened and upset about this.

MARILYN WAS GREAT BUT THE MECHANIC PART NOT SO GREACAR WAS LEAKING BUT TOOK BACK ON THE 5th said MECHANIC did not clean the transmission fluid off the underneath of vehicle when they got done with the exchanging of axle gasket and so driving it home it got sprayed all over underneath vehicle and it looked like a leak was still present.so now we will see what happens now. If it leaks I will be returning to serpentini again.i had called gm on 4th in evening once I noticed the problem. They told me that it should have been cleaned before leaving serpentini. Or they put gasket in wrong or broke seal putting it back together.or wrong seal in it. But this morning when they checked it the 5th of Dec suppose to be MECHANIC did not clean up afterwards.so I think serpentini should make sure their mechanics are during what they are suppose to be during not what they want to do have missed 2 days of very important dr appointments for my grandson appointment because I had to take it back on the5 of dec MARILYN was great I drive her an excellent performance. But mechanics part 1 very low rating

Came in for 30k mile service, oil change, tire rotation. Mechanic didn’t put the lugnuts on front driver side tire and the tire fell off the truck as I was pulling out of the dealership. You still have my truck repairing it.

Overall the experience was good and I love the truck. The entire process took a lot longer than I’ve experienced in recent purchases. What’s been a 2 hour process turned into 5. Had to wait for the truck to be set up with the correct floor mats and running boards, but if you could streamline things I would have given you 5 stars.

Brian was absolutely amazing. I walked in skeptical because I’ve had my fair share of poor services at dealership, but Brian within a few minutes had me at ease that we would make a deal work. Me and my fiance (and one year old) were there basically all day. I looked at the trailblazer and knew it wasn’t big enough for my needs. The equinox was perfect, but not what I left in. After feeling defeated thinking I wasted Brian’s time and mine. Him and my fiance got to brain storming what vehicle may work best for a mom who runs a business and has two small kids. Brian pulled out the beautiful blue trax. I looked it over and it was perfect (added sunroof as a bonus) I truly can’t put into words how grateful I am for Brian and the sales team for all the work they put into this deal to make it happen. The amount of times I told Brian no, most would’ve walked away, but he didn’t he kept pushing forward after each no. Reminding me that we’ll get there just takes some time. After a million answer of No, and lots of laughs. I finally said yes and walked off the lot with a family friendly vehicle and at ease me and my kids would be safe in my new 2026 trax Brian went above and beyond when I was in. I mean it. Every sales associate needs to be like Brian transparent and honest. While sometimes deals don’t work, atleast then you know the sales associate did everything in their power to make their customer happy. Had I not walked off the lot in my new vehicle, I definitely would’ve been back to bug Brian when the right time came around to get out of my Bronco. Thank you Brain. Seriously thank you. For all your hard work. Your efforts. A for getting me into a vehicle I feel confident and safe to transport my children and use for my business. We’ll see you in a couple years when my fiancé needs a truck! Keep up the amazing work!

I just feel like the only time I had a good experience at the dealership was when I bought the car. It took months to get my title. And when I called asking if the breaks could be done another day, no one was able to take the call so I left a message. When I received the call back the lady got snippy with me saying that I should’ve spoke to her and to never speak with any secretaries about my car. Well I tried and you weren’t available. She did give me a 10% coupon since it was already done but her being snippy with me was uncalled for.

It takes a long time. When I went to leave the check engine light was on. So they took it back again and I guess they fixed it. I went to a friends and when I went to leave the check engine light was on again. I called because I was still in town. Wanted to bring it back, but they said everybody was leaving in 10 minutes so they wouldn’t have time to fix it. So now I have to drive 22 miles back there to have them look at it.

I don't know. Your service guy Conner is nice. However, it seems a little bit of a struggle to understand how to fix the rear camera on my Trax. I went in one Friday afternoon, I was told they need a part to fix the rear camera on my 2025 Trax. So, we waited a week or until the part came in. I came in again on a Friday, at a time they had the part. Apparently, the part they ordered did not fit, so I now waiting for them to order another part so I am needing to come in a third time. Hopefully, we will get the rear camera fixed on this third time at the service shop in Orrville, OH. I am giving a medial rating for the service.

Let me start by saying Connor was great! However the original time went from 4 days to just shy of 8 weeks. Parts needed order parts were accidentally broken then needed to be ordered just a lot of missing parts. Received my car Friday and it wreaked of cigarette smoke and extra miles that definitely should not have been there! First off I do not smoke at all! No technician or service person should be smoking in any vehicle so let’s just start there. I was offered to have my car detailed and that they would need to keep my car overnight! Tiny but skeptical on that! Not a great experience by far especially since I just purchased the vehicle in October only to have it in the shop from 12/8/2025 thru 1/30/26 to have the heat repaired on a brand new car!!

Car was in the shop to repair an oil leak. Was told the work was completed. Get the car home and overnight there's an oil puddle on my garage floor. Took it to a certified mechanic and he said the front seal is leaking and the plastic oil plug in the oil pan is leaking. How can the car be at the dealer for 4 days and they can't notice the oil plug is leaking oil?

Floyd in sales was great. He sold us our last two cars. The lady in finance seemed irritated on being there. She seemed to rush us and pressure us into buying extended warranties and other things. When we said no we were rushed through the signing process and out her door. I get there busy but when were spending 36k on car I expect different I guess. Also you should mention upfront about the credit card fees. I had to drive 45 minutes back the next day to drop off a check for the down payment because we were not notified about the fees and I refused to pay it. First time ive had to pay a fee on a credit card when using it at a dealership. Not very convenient.

Since this was a first time visit with Serpentini Chevrolet - I did not know what to expect. I saw they had some great deals online and scheduled a visit with them in advance. Being a 2 hour drive and not the best weather, it was definitely worth the trip. It was 6 degrees outside, and the salesman Tyson patiently showed me all of the vehicle features and we took a nice test drive where he pointed out every option the vehicle had. Marilyn is awesome, professional and cares about the service outcome. However, the air leveling system control module in the 2024 Suburban continues to fail (3rd time in 14 mo) and cause challenges at the dealership and also an inconvenience and concern for the operating longevity of the vehicle. As Marilyn pointed out, if I had not paid for the extended warranty, I would expect to pay $1,000's per year to continue to replace the system failure. Please look into this issue. Both Serpentini locations (Medina and Orrville) have voiced their concerns. Thank you.
